Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal pickles and gourmet food items, we cannot accept returns once a package has been opened. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to ensure a timely resolution.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Upon receiving your order, immediately check the contents for any signs of leakage, broken seals, or incorrect items before disposing of the packaging.
- 2.Document Issues
Take clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping label, as these are required for us to process a claim with our shipping carriers.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the attached photos to request a replacement or store credit.
- 4.Resolution Process
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and, if approved, will initiate a refund or ship out a fresh batch of your favorite pickles at no extra cost.
